DID YOU HAVE A WATER EFFICIENCY CHECKUP DONE BY THE TOWN ?
The Town of Gilbert conducted hundreds of water audits following the rollout of the new billing system. They often checked for irrigation leaks and other issues that may have caused high water usage.
PLEASE READ - I HAVE REASON TO BELIEVE THAT MUELLER METER MULTIPLIER SETTINGS MAY HAVE BEEN ADJUSTED TO THE CORRECT VALUE DURING THESE AUDITS WITHOUT INFORMING THE CUSTOMER.
I have information that shows that the town corrected the configuration of MUELLER meters during routine "inspections." Some residents have reported that they were told that there were leaks (without any real proof) and that their water usage returned to a normal amount.
THIS IS IMPORTANT! If meter multiplier settings were adjusted prior to the Kimley Horn Audit, then the data sample becomes compromised.
DID YOU HAVE YOUR WATER METER REPLACED - NO AUDIT
